So I did my work out yesterday kind of late but I got it done. Right now I am facing a big problem in my training. My issue is that I am finding it harder harder to actually work out. I’m starting to lose my motivation to keep this going. I find it funny that even though this is so very important to me that I still can’t find the motivation to get up and do it. Years ago when I was working with a personal trainer it felt so much easier to keep them momentum going because I had some one that I was accountable to. Now it’s harder for me to find that in order to keep myself motivated. I don’t know exactly why but it has gotten harder everyday to keep going.
