First let me apologize for not posting yesterday.
Yesterday was a rest day with active and i took full advantage of it. It was almost dangerous for me to do that because I really didn’t want to move at all. I did do household chores and played with the kids which was very tiring for me. See yesterday lupus caught up with me. When lupus caught me it brought pain, nausea, headache, back pain the works. I’m not to the point that I am completely debilitated by it but I was definitely hit hard. So yesterday I rested, I had to.
But I refuse to let lupus win this round… Today, later, I am going to get back into my exercise, I can’t give up. So I will write again later today after I go and kick Lupus’ ass!
