Well, I don’t know if it is the workouts or my Lupus but I am feeling rather icky. But I am making every effort to push through it. I did take a day to rest on Wednesday and it helped some but not enough. It took everything I had in order to workout this morning. But I am taking every precaution to keep from hurting myself. I am making sure to stretch before and after, and taking a break when I need to. One good thing is that in my first week I lost almost 2 lbs! I may just make my goal yet.

As far as me not keeping up with the daily updates, all I can say is I’m going to try and get my updates done more regularly. I am going to write an in depth post about this particular problem so I am not going to get into it now. So until then.. see you all again later.
