Ok, over the past month since my last food related post I have received a lot of feed back and requests for new content and I have realized that I may have a good thing going here. So I have decided that I am going to challenge myself and you my wonderful readers. I would love to see this “project” expand and I will need to really get on the ball to do that and I will need your help.
The challenge will be 30 days, 30 new blog posts, 30 new recipes. This will begin on September 1 and run through the entire month. Which means I have 11 days to prepare. I will be doing research through the interwebs and through testing cooking on my family but I am going to need the help of you and your friends. See, I have trouble coming up with ideas for unappreciated foods that need a little help and that is where you come in. I ask that you give me your suggestions. It can be foods that you love or hate. It can veggies, fruits, meats anything goes. I only ask that you keep your comments and suggestions to this blogs comment section and NOT on Facebook or Twiiter. I ask this of you because it will make it easier for me to keep track of them all. If you do this I promise I will do my best to cover every food that is suggested.
It may be a bit out there and it may seem like I am procrastinating by waiting till September to start but there is a method to my madness. Very soon Quinlyn will be returning to school and for an added bit of fun Kevyn will be going to PreK. Which means I will have a lot more free time. So this challenge came to mind for me because I wanted something to do, something that I could really see at the end of the day. And something that won’t take too much of my attention away from Caelyn since she will be the only youngster left at home.
So that is it, that is my challenge. I hope to hear from everyone with some ideas for posts. Some time before my challenge I will give you and update with a few of the upcoming subjects. Thanks everyone
