So here it is… the closest I can get to my dream of writing the “Great American Novel”. Not really, I still want to do that just not right now. I started this was to keep in touch, and now the plan is for so much more. Yes, I am joining the ranks of thousands of “Mommy bloggers” but I hope that mine will be different. My goal is to show the world the aspects of having a chronic illness, raising children and everything that comes with that. I want to spread awareness for lupus, fibromyalgia and all of my other diagnoses. And if in all of this I can let one other mom in my situation know that she isn’t alone then I will feel as if my job is done.
So that is that. This is the story of a mom with three kids, a dog, a loving husband and a chronic illnesses who is desperately trying to keep all of these things in balance.
