Ok, so now that my computer is back from Alienware, and I’ve spent the requisite week re-installing, configuring, fixing, troubleshooting, and messing with it to get it right the way I need it to do all my techie things, I’m back trying to get caught upon months worth of family video. As before, the music videos will end up here in the podcast, and the full videos will be mailed to family members on DVD.

This video is from July 20th, 2007, when my dad was here. We visited the Macadamia Nut farm, drove around Oahu

Ok, this is a random video clip from May of 2007, where Kevyn is dancing to the blue man group. Finally starting to get caught up on the videos! Yay!

Here are some more of our old video episodes. Since I’m still waiting for my development machine to get back, I don’t have the processing power to make new ones. Once I do, though, it’s on…

Good Job Quinlyn!

As most people who know us are aware, our oldest, Quinlyn, is ADHD. She had a lot of trouble in school last year, even taking into account that she had a VERY tolerant and wonderful teacher.

This year, we were, of course, worried about the same. It just about brought us both to tears when her teacher (who’s name has been removed form the follwing image) sent this home with her:

Good Job Quinlyn!

I hope that Quinlyn understands (we have, of course, told her) how proud we are of her at times like these. And we hope her teacher knows how much we appreciate that she took the time to notice the positive!

The podcast returns

Ok, until I get my Alienware back, I doubt we’ll be putting out any new episodes, but since I’ve re-done romaka.net, it gives me a chance to re-do the podcast as well. This makes it easier for me to publish, so it’s less of a hassle to get out there, which means once I get my machine back capable of processing the video, the new episodes should be rolling out about every week or so. So here’s the old episodes, probably one a day until I get my computer back.

Yup, we’ve gone 100% WordPress

Since I accidentally nukes our homepage, and so much stuff got jacked up that I was lucky to be able to save our blogs, I decided that I’d go ahead and make a cohesive blog for the family.

More precisely, this is where the video podcast will be fed form, in addition to any general family updates that need to be posted. Enjoy and come back! Again and again!
